  11. What if I need maintenance? Place a work order via the resident portal or by calling the site office
  12. Where can I find a copy of my lease? Resident portal
  13. Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer? Some units have connections, but we have onsite laundry facilities
  14. Are single occupancy rooms available? Yes
  15. How do I add a roommate? Send an invite to apply through resident portal.  Roommate will have to qualify base on unit specific restrictions.
  16. Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot? 1st come 1st serve
  17. Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed? Come to office, call or put work order through resident portal

  20. What are your restricted breeds? Aggressive breads

  24. Can I pick who I live with or do you assign roommates? Yes you can pick, we don’t assign roommates
  25. Are we aloud visitors? Do they need a visitor pass? Yes we allow vistors and no, they do not need a visitor pass
  26. Can visitors use the amenities? Yes, accompanied with resident
  27. How do I access my apartment if I lose my key? During office hours you can come into the office and resident your locks to be changed for a fee
  28. Once I move in, how do I pay my rent and when is it due? Through resident portal, pay locations assigned, or in the office with certified funds or personal check
  29. Can I paint walls in my apartment? Yes, but once you move out, you will have to paint unit back to its original color
  30. Can I hang things on the walls like a TV or artwork? yes
  31. Is the community undergoing any renovations or construction? yes
  32. Can I start renting with a month-to-month lease? no
  33. Do you offer short-term leases? Yes, for an additional fee
  34. When do I have to move-in by? You can choose your move date
  35. What’s your late fee policy? Rent paid after the 5th.

  37. If I need to move out, how do I give notice? When do I have to give notice?  Written notice must be provided to the onsite office at least 60 days prior to your anticipated move-out date.
  38. Are there termination fees if I need to leave suddenly?  Yes
  39. Who will be able to get into my apartment and for what reasons? How much notice will I be provided?  Only onsite staff has access to your unit.  If you call and ask for us to inspect, someone will be over as soon as possible.  General inspections, we provide at least 24 hours notices of entry. 
  40. Will the locks be changed before I move in?  Yes
  41. Am I allowed to add a roommate later?  Yes; however, the roommate must qualify for the unit and any restrictions that may be in place on the unit.
  42. Are there bike racks? Storage units? Garages? Other rentable amenities? no
  43. Are there smoke alarms in the units? Yes Carbon monoxide detectors? Yes Alarm systems? no
  44. How is trash collected? Trash is picked up by waste contractor What about recycle? No How do I get rid of a large piece of furniture? All properties have a bulk trash area
  45. Do the apartments have window coverings? yes Ceiling fans? In some units
  46. Are there elevators?  If so, do I need to make reservations to use the elevators for move-in/large deliveries/move-out?  No elevators
  47. What’s your smoking policy? No illegal drugs
  48. Can I install a satellite dish?  Yes; however, management requires approval on the placement of the dish.  In addition, a General Liability Insurance policy mus be obtained in the amount of $300,000 with the property names as the insured.
  49. Am I allowed to transfer to a smaller/larger apartment after moving in?  No
  50. Where do I pick up my mail? At the designated mail area Packages? At your front door or leasing office
  51. How do I alert the office if I’m getting a delivery? Call or email
  52. What’s your noise policy? Quiet time starts at 10pm
  53. Am I allowed to have a grill? At designated areas located on the property
  54. Can I get a POD delivered with my things for move-in/move-out? Yes, for a limited time
  55. What things do I need to maintain in the apartment? Do you supply AC filters, refrigerator filters, light bulbs?
